Frequently asked questions
Is EsoPadel free?
Yes. Creating your profile, finding partners, chatting and browsing tournaments are free.
How is the compatibility score calculated?
It takes into account your level, your playing sides, your availability, the intensity you're looking for and the distance. The higher it is, the more likely you are to get on well on court.
Is my exact location visible?
No. Only your town is used, and distances are rounded.
How do I report a player?
From their profile or a conversation, choose “Report”. The team reviews every report.
Are the tournaments official?
Tournaments in the directory are official FFT tournaments. Registration is done with the organising club, which has the final word.
I run a club: how do I manage its page?
From the club's page, ask to manage it. Once the team has checked your request, you can publish posts, photos and tournaments.
