Time limit
You have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
How to do it
Send your request to contact@esopadel.com with your order number (PV-…), or use the form below. Then return the items, in their original condition, to the address you will be given, within 14 days of your request.
Refund
We refund all amounts paid, including the initial delivery charges, no later than 14 days after receiving your request, using the payment method you used. The refund may be delayed until the items are received. Return costs are at your expense.
